Northshore Schools Foundation believes that every student has the potential to succeed, but not all have the resources they need to thrive. That’s why we’re committed to removing these barriers year-round, ensuring that all students—especially those farthest from educational justice—have the tools and support they need to achieve their dreams.
We’re dedicated to removing barriers year-round for Northshore students in need!
What is Removing Barriers?
It’s one of the Foundation’s pillars! We believe that all students deserve the opportunity to achieve academic growth regardless of their abilities, learning style, cultural background or economic circumstances. Personalized student support removes barriers to student learning that cannot be funded by public dollars.
Removing Barriers for Northshore students in need
Why do we do this? Because ALL Northshore kids are our kids! Each student in our community is a valuable part of our future, and it’s our collective responsibility to ensure they have the necessary supplies and resources they need to succeed. Whether it’s backpacks, essential school supplies, or fees to extracurricular activities, these resources can make all the difference ensuring a Northshore student succeeds in the classroom. Through funding, we can remove barriers and give every Northshore student the ability to reach their fullest potential.
This fall, we’re setting a goal to raise $20,000 to remove barriers for those who need it most. Your donations will directly impact Northshore students who are furthest from educational justice, ensuring that they have the same opportunities as their peers. Educational justice means providing ALL Northshore students, regardless of their background or circumstances, with the resources and supplies they need to succeed.
Join us in our mission to remove barriers in education, year-round. Together, we can make sure that ALL Northshore students have the chance to succeed. Every donation, no matter the size, will bring us one step closer to our goal of raising $20,000 and making a lasting impact on the lives of Northshore students who need it most. Thank you for being a part of this important service work!
