We serve over 23,000+ students in the Northshore School District by raising funds and building partnerships that support District priorities of academic success and excellence for ALL Northshore students.

Your partnership as a sponsor helps fund education in the Northshore Communities of Bothell, Woodinville and Kenmore. We know that a strong, well-funded public school system produces good schools with an accomplished workforce, which leads to good communities and a great quality of life for everyone.

With our changing world, we also know that future education, where all students have educational opportunities to live up to their potential, be contributing citizens of our society and have quality employment, is becoming more important than ever. Public funding from state and property taxes do not meet all funding requirements.

Recycle Your Unwanted or Unused Gift Cards
Gift cards can help underwrite costs for Foundation operations, purchase school supplies for students or after-school programs, act as a student incentive for Foundation programs and even help us provide raffle and auction items!

We gratefully welcome your unwanted, unused and unexpired gift cards year round. Donate your cards by mailing or dropping them at our office at 3330 Monte Villa Pkwy, Bothell, WA 98021. We will put your donation to good use and you will receive a receipt in the mail.

Host a School Supply Drive
Supply Drives are an excellent way to engage employees and friends with causes you care about. The Foundation can assist you in organizing a drive for school supplies. Learn about our year-round supply drives.

Supply drives can be public or private to internal teams only.

Donate Musical Instruments
Repurpose your used musical instruments and we will refurbish them and get them to students who will use them. Contact Patsy@nsdfoundation.org for more information.

In-kind Donations
Are you a business? Donate your products, service, or goods for our in-person events, spring fundraisers, and the annual Backpacks for Kids school supply drive.

Be A Volunteer

Volunteer to spread the word about the Foundation and support its events, programs and fundraising efforts. We welcome all! Professionals, parents, family, neighbors, local business, nonprofit organizations, and teams!

The Foundation supports community service hours for students and adults.

Volunteers may serve as a Board Member, School Ambassador, event support, behind the scences, and more. We will help you find how your service can most benefit Northshore youth, the Foundation, and YOU!

Be an Ambassador

“Being an ambassador has helped my school stay more informed of the opportunities available for students and families in the Northshore School District. I have also had the opportunity to share FUNdraising events with our school which provides a way to hangout with school community parents as well as benefit all the NSD schools.” -Summer

Northshore Schools Foundation Ambassadors are volunteers who serve as the face of our organization. They promote our work to parents and teachers at schools, raising awareness about our initiatives and the positive impact we can achieve together for the benefit of students.

Ambassadors maintain collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with individual schools and PTAs. They ensure that students receive continuous support from elementary school through high school and help identify and address any gaps in services and needs.

Having a school Ambassador significantly increases the chances that teachers and students are aware of the resources and services the Foundation offers.
