Host a Personal All In for Kids Gathering

Northshore Schools Foundation’s 2023 spring fundraiser has been reimagined as a campaign with a series of events hosted by community members, creating the opportunity for intimate engagement.

We invite our community to host a personal gathering – inviting friends, family, and neighbors – and share their passion for supporting the foundation’s work to fuel innovation and remove barriers to student learning.

Each host personalizes their event, choosing the location, the time, the food, and the guests.

Northshore Schools Foundation staff will support the host with communication and marketing material.

In addition, one or two representatives from the Foundation will be present at your event to discuss the organization’s mission and programs and respond to questions.

The suggested format for the event
● Mix and mingle
● The host introduces the foundation staff/board member
● Staff/board member present about the organization, share an impact video and conclude with a call to action
● Thank guests for coming

● Staff/board member available for questions

Host Responsibilities
● Create a guest list
● Set a fundraising goal
● Mail/email invitations (templates will be provided)
● Plan and arrange the evening – décor, food, beverage, etc.
● Arrange for parking (as necessary)

Location: Host’s home; Clubroom; Restaurant; Place of faith; Outdoors (a park)
Timing: Happy hour; Brunch; Dinner; High tea; Ice cream social; Coffee hour
